I was a Lothlorien elf one RingGame. I made the shirt, cloak, leg bracers, and knee pads. I bought the vest at WalMart (still feel a bit dirty about it) and I bought it a size too small so I could put lacing across the hook and eye closures in the front. There is another picture with a close up of the vest and cloak clasp. I didn't do a very good job with the ears, partly because I had no paint to paint them with.
